Our Approach
In a four-phase approach, we analyze the current situation. Together with the client, we then work out the desired target situation, and in so doing help him or her to take best advantage of existing change potential.
The knowledge and goals which are gained in this process are transferred directly into the market and search strategy for finding a new position – and the next challenge in the client’s career.
Our Service
In an initial contact meeting with the client, we establish a common basis of trust. This is decisive for the remainder of the consulting process. Next, we support and guide the client through the change process, including the marketing strategy and during implemen-tation. Our services also include the analysis
of position announcements as well as support for the client during the probationary period in a new position.
